These terms govern your use of the KidsFoldr app. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

KidsFoldr lets you photograph documents and extracts calendar events from them using automated text and image recognition. Extraction quality depends on the legibility of what you photograph — always review extracted events for accuracy before adding them to your calendar. We are not responsible for missed, incorrect, or duplicate events.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies, not by KidsFoldr directly.

Acceptable use

Don't use KidsFoldr to scan documents you don't have the right to process, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

Disclaimer

KidsFoldr is provided "as is." We work hard to extract events accurately, but you're responsible for verifying dates, times, and locations before relying on them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
